In another in our series of guest blogs, Sarah from shares an infographic giving 7 steps to developing habits.

For anyone who wants to become more productive, the development of good habits takes an essential role. Any person is prone to be attached to a certain habit at one point in their lives. However, it could do you better if you choose to do the good ones instead of the not so helpful ones.

You can start developing good habits in 7 simple and easy steps. First, you have to come up with a plan and decide to start. Make sure that you list down goals which are practical and realistic enough to achieve. It also matters that you get the support of family and friends around you so that you will always be motivated to keep pushing during your weakest moments.

You must also have the courage to face what needs to be changed in your life. You have to stop being in the state of denial and be brave to implement changes where needed. Then you start discovering hurdles along the way and come up with a strategy and overall plan on how you can overcome each challenge.

Above all, it is important that you do not forget to give yourself some reward. The process of getting used to a productive habit can really be a tough challenge to win. So once you think that you deserve a good pat on the back, do not deprive yourself of the proper reward that will motivate you to do things all over again.
